Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No credit card required to start your 14-day free trial on the Creator or Business plan. You'll only be asked for payment details if you decide to continue after your trial ends. The Free (Starter) plan never requires a card.
Once you reach 50 ideas on the Free plan, new submissions will be paused and visitors will see a prompt to contact the board owner. Your existing ideas, votes, and comments are safe. You can upgrade to Creator or Business at any time to lift the limit — or archive old ideas to make room.
On the Business plan, you can enable anonymous voting per board so your audience can vote without signing in. On Free and Creator plans, voters are required to create a free Ideas.net account. This helps prevent duplicate votes and keeps your data clean.
A custom domain lets your board live at your own URL — like ideas.yourbrand.com — instead of the default Ideas.net subdomain. On Creator and Business plans, you simply add a CNAME record in your DNS settings pointing to Ideas.net, and we handle the SSL certificate automatically. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
